Vietnam is currently moving toward the goal of malaria elimination in 2030, and malaria cases continue to drop yearly. In 2022, 42 out of 63 provinces were malaria-free. However, this doesn't make the malaria workers in Vietnam work less. They have been implementing a project to enhance community participation to tackle the malaria infection in the at-risk communities group including ethnic minorities and mobile populations in the hard-to-reach area which reflects their relentless effort to eliminate malaria from Vietnam.![]()
