Regional Malaria CSO Consultation 4-5 October 2016, Cambodia

Overview;

The 4th Regional Malaria Consultation had organized in Phnom Penh, Cambodia during 4-5 October 2016 with the objectives 1) to take stock of success and challenges in the implementation of malaria response by CSOs and community-based organizations in the GMS countries, in particular in the context of RAI, 2) to identify key funding gaps and priority investments in view of achieving greater access to malaria and prevention and treatment services by key-at risk population, and 3) to formulate recommendations to the RAI RESC in preparation for the next regional concept note.

The meeting provided implementing agencies, PR-UNOPS, and RAI RSC the chance to come together to reflect on what lessons had been learned to date and to review the process and priorities for CSO in relation to the development of a new global fund concept note (2018-2020).
